I’m not someone who trusts anyone with my dogs, so leaving them with Courtney wasn’t easy for me. I have very reactive, nervous dogs. They do not like it when you look at them the wrong way and they definitely don’t trust strangers, but Courtney knew how to handle them! She is confident and assertive - yet welcoming! I received lots of updates - photos, videos and texts. All together I felt 100% confident with my dogs being in her care. I will be using her services without a doubt in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about Courtney! My 13 week old pup had never stayed with anyone other than family. She came highly recommended. She was professional and took the time to really understand Edison’s needs. She provided regular updates, feedback and photos. She was extremely flexible with pickup/drop off; and, her rates are very reasonable. She was active with him all weekend and he was snoring within 5 minutes of getting home. Edison is normally slow to warm up to new people; but, when I dropped him off, she had him so comfortable that he had no problems going with her before I even pulled out of the driveway. I will never hesitate to leave my pup in her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home for their fur babies 🐶

Courtney has been absolutely wonderful for our dog Bowie! He has stayed with her a few times now and is a bit of a nervous dog but has become so comfortable with Courtney and her home, and I have total trust that he's in great hands while in her care. He loves hanging with her dogs and as a crew we now affectionately refer to them as his #dogsquad. She brushes him, has trimmed his nails for us, administered medication, practiced skills and given him lots of love, enriching walks and fun activities. Also as a bonus she has amazing photography skills and sends us the cutest photo updates of Bowie during his visits, and they are some of our favourite photos of him! I highly recommend Courtney as a wonderful dog care provider, your dog will be tired and happy after a stay with her.

I have had such an amazing experience with Courtney at Trauzzi & Co. My 5 month old puppy had never been away for me more than a work day. I found out about Trauzzi & Co. through a Instagram giveaway and after creeping the Trauzzi & Co. Instagram & Facebook page I made the decision to book with Courtney; let me tell you this was the best decision! Courtney provides regular updates throughout the stay with photos so you can ensure you’re fur baby is happy & healthy! In addition, she ensures to keep your pup engaged and well loved during their stay and she definitely treats them like they are her own pup! Trauzzi & Co. is definitely my new go to home away from home for my pup Arlo and highly recommend it to everyone else!

I was worried about leaving my Rescue pup Adidas for a night as he’s still learning that humans aren’t scary. Thankfully Courtney fostered Adi when he was first rescued! At first Adi was cautious and curious but seeing how calm and patient Courtney was I knew he would be in great hands!!! I loved how I even got updates and photos Via text.
I will definitely use Trauzzi & Co. in the future for both Adi and my other dog Olive.

She makes the dogs feel right at home and her pups are so amazing. Nash always comes home happy and tired from the socialization! She is so caring and attentive to all her pups, your pup will feel like the family!
Plus she sends amazing pictures and updates to you during their stay. She is so accommodating (and cost effective) and offers such great services beyond boarding stays. She’s also the only one who can cut my boys nails perfectly.

Courtney is the only one I trust to watch my 2 year old German Shepherd, Molson has stayed with her two times recently and everytime he comes home he’s tired for 2 days straight - the long walks she takes the dogs on, and all the attention and cuddles they get - who could pass that up for their fur baby! Anytime I mention the name Courtney around Molson, he gets crazy and runs towards the door excited as ever thinking he’s going to spend some time with her ..... 10/10 would recommend Courtney to anyone! She will send pictures and updates during your time away and also has a ton of working experience with many different dogs, she really is the only one I trust with my fur baby!!

I was worried to leave my rescue dog Isobel to go away on vacation for a week. I had never left her before I didn’t want her to think we weren’t coming back for her . Courtney was fantastic with her and me. She was giving us daily updates and photos ! Izzy had a great time staying there. She was in great hands! Every photo you could see how well Izzy was taken care of and how much fun she was having. By the end of the week I was worried Izzy wouldn’t want to leave !!! Thanks again Courtney for taking such good care of my fur baby Izzy !!!
